Hummingbird Sushi is a new upscale Japanese restaurant and focus on new creative style and modernized sushi for its exceptional cuts of fish. And A5 Wagyu with touch of fusion and attention on the new tasting of seafood. Embark on a unique gastronomic adventure.

The “new age” seasonal menu gives option for tasting dishes. By reservation you can have modernized omakase 5 and 7 course meals or 10 course meals. Daily limited number of “Hummingbird Omakase Box” only can be taken out. ●Reservation required *Omakase serves mainly raw or uncooked food. Refund Policy

Please understand that reservations are critical to restaurant operations, and refunds can only be awarded according to the restaurant’s policy.

Refunds are available up to 2 days before the reservation time. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact the restaurant directly for the cancellation or modification of your reservation.

A 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you would like to make a cancellation for any reason, Please do so through your reservation confirmation email as we are not able to answer phone calls during service days before 4pm. The cancelation must be made 48 hours before the reservation date. Please contact us if any emergencies occur so that we can best accommodate your needs. But there is always 7% fee of deposit to your credit card merchant for any deposit held due to a canceled reservation. So please make it sure before you make a reservation !
