Located in the heart of Albuquerque’s Nob Hill, Thai Heritage & Vegan is a celebration of traditional Thai flavors—especially those from Thailand’s Issan region. Chef Onuma Thongthip brings generations of culinary knowledge to each made-to-order dish, balancing spice, sweetness, and savory notes. With a menu featuring both vegan and traditional options, our mission is to serve bold, authentic, and soul-satisfying Thai cuisine in a warm, welcoming space.
