We make authentic Belgium Liège Waffles. A Liège Waffle is a brioche dough based waffle infused with Belgium Pearl Sugar. Our dough is made in-house to capture the freshest flavor possible. We then use our heavy duty waffle irons, to heat the pearl sugar enough to give it a caramelized coating, creating a nice delicate crisp bite while still holding that brioche texture inside. We then add delicious toppings with our signature sauces & syrups to give you an experience you'll fall in love with.
