Manage your Google listing from Selflane

Connect your Google Business Profile in the Back Office to update your description, hours, special hours, website and phone on Google, post a closing-early notice for today, and read and reply to Google reviews.

Connect the Google account that manages your restaurant's Google Business Profile, pick your listing, and keep it correct without leaving the Back Office.

What you can do

  • Edit your description (up to 750 characters), regular hours, special hours, website and phone, then publish them to Google. Google checks each change first, and you see what Google shows now next to what it will show after publishing.
  • Close early or close for a day: add special hours for today so Search and Maps show the right time.
  • Read your Google reviews, sorted by newest or rating, and post or edit a reply.

Good to know

  • Only what you publish changes. Changing your hours in the Back Office or on the POS does not update Google on its own — use "Use Selflane's" to copy them into the draft, then publish.
  • The business name can only be changed in Google.
  • Owners and managers can use it; POS and custom staff roles can't see it. It is free on every plan.
  • Selflane doesn't create, claim or verify listings. Your listing must already exist, and your Google account must be an owner or manager of it.
  • Each Google listing links to one Selflane business.
