Influencer program
Set the discount and commission for influencers who promote your business: one open plan for any influencer, plus a separate plan for each named influencer you work with.

- Find it on the Online tab under Discounts, below Coupons and Weekly Specials, or go straight to Influencer Programs. Managers can use it.
- Open Influencer Program: one plan that covers any influencer. Click Edit to set it up or change it.
- Special Influencer Program: one plan per named influencer, picked from Selflane's verified influencers. Click Add to create one and the pencil to edit it. The influencer can't be changed once the plan is saved.
- Plan fields: Type (Percentage, 5% to 100%, or Fixed Amount, $1 to $1,000), Minimum Purchase ($0 to $20) and Applicable Upper Limit ($10 to $5,000) for the plan's purchase range, Commission Rate (5% to 50%, what the influencer earns on promoted sales), Is Active, and Expiry (the end of that day in your business time zone). If a value is out of range, the field shows the limit it broke, such as Must be at most 20, and the plan isn't saved until you fix it.
- Each plan card shows the discount, the range, the commission rate and the expiry. On a special plan, the influencer's name opens their shop page in a new tab; it's plain text if they have no shop link, and shows Unknown influencer if the account was deleted. Cards warn Expired or Is Inactive when a plan needs attention. Plans can't be deleted from this screen.
