A screen per station

Each kitchen screen can show only the items for its print targets (Kitchen, Kitchen 2–4 under your own names, Bar, Label), only certain order types, or only orders rung in at certain POS stations — so grill, fryer and expo each see their own — and it can also list what other stations still owe on the same order.

back-office › Settings › Menu › Menus › (item) › Printing
back-office › Settings › Point of Sale › Printing › Kitchen Ticket Printing › 2nd/3rd/4th Kitchen Name

Routing uses the same targets as your kitchen printers, so items go to the right screen without new menu work.

  • Print targets. Every menu item already has printing targets in the back office menu (Kitchen, Kitchen 2, Kitchen 3, Kitchen 4, Bar, Label). Kitchen 2–4 can be renamed (for example "Grill", "Fryer") under Settings › Point of Sale › Printing. On each screen, Settings › Print targets picks which targets it shows; items for other targets are left off, and a ticket with nothing for that screen doesn't appear. Select none to show everything.
  • Order types. Settings › Order types limits a screen to dine-in, pickup, delivery, drive-thru, curbside or QR code orders.
  • Order stations. Settings › Order stations limits a screen to orders rung in at particular POS stations (station numbers 1–10 set on each POS iPad). This is about which register took the order, not the cooking station.
  • Channel. The bottom bar filters In-store, Selflane (online) and 3rd Party orders.
  • Other stations' items. Turn on "Show other ticket items" to list, read-only, what other stations still owe on the same ticket — useful for expo.

The Prep Display has its own print-target filter, so two packing stations can split an order. Filters are saved on each device.
