What's included
Loyalty program
Run your own member program: guests sign up, earn as they spend, and redeem rewards. The dashboard shows member sign-ups and points earned and redeemed over the last 30 days and lifetime.
Member email campaigns
Send members automatic emails on moments that matter, such as joining, birthdays, a visit or spend milestone, points about to expire, or not having visited in a while, plus one-time or yearly scheduled sends.
- Members are identified by phone number; name, email, birthday, anniversary and a note are kept on file.
- Open a member's recent activity, or send them a single promo by email.
- Select two members to merge them into one; their points, visits and history are combined.
- Export the list to PDF or CSV. The export includes only the members loaded on screen, so click Load more until everyone is shown first.
