Points or visits loyalty
Choose whether members earn points per dollar to redeem for rewards, or collect visits toward a reward such as $10 off after 10 visits. Both are always tracked, so you can switch at any time.

What's included
Loyalty program
Run your own member program: guests sign up, earn as they spend, and redeem rewards. The dashboard shows member sign-ups and points earned and redeemed over the last 30 days and lifetime.
Loyalty rewards catalog
Set what members can redeem their points for: reward items (for example a free drink for 20 points, with a picture) and dollar-off vouchers (for example $5 off for 100 points).
For visits you decide what counts as a visit: the hours that must pass between orders (2–8) and an optional minimum spend before tax and tip. The visit reward can be up to $500 and is redeemed by staff on the POS app (version 7.7.2 and later). Visits count across every location in the program.
