What's included
Enter an order from the back office
Ring up a dine-in or pickup order from your computer: pick a time, add items with their options and notes, and place it.
Voids and cancels report
For any day, see every action taken on orders and a summary of cancels and item voids by reason and by server, with PDF and CSV export.
Daily sales report
A full sales report for a day or a date range: net sales, tax, tips, fees, payments, service charges, taxes, sales by platform and order type, and sales per server, with PDF and CSV export.
- Filter by online, cash, card, gift, zero tax, not paid or overpaid; search by server, order number or total.
- From an order: partial refund of card payments, cancel (with full refund for online orders), close or reopen, edit the time, add delivery, take payment by gift card or QR code, and download a PDF receipt.
- Payment list: every payment that day, grouped by method.
- Print report: which tickets printed, failed or are uncertain, by issue and by device.
- Cancel several cash orders at once, for example training orders.
