Ordering for your existing website
Keep your current website and add an ordering-only storefront on a subdomain that links back home.
At a glance
- Where to find it
- back-office › Settings › Domain › Advanced › Site mode
What's included
Your own restaurant website
A full website on your own domain — home, menu, online ordering, reservations, gift cards, rewards and content pages — in your colors, hosted by Selflane.
Your own domain
We register a new domain for you, or connect one you own — the whole domain, or just order.yourdomain.com.
Commission-free ordering on your site
Pickup and delivery orders taken and paid on your own domain, with no commission. Card processing 3.4% + 30¢.
If you're happy with your current website, Selflane can run just your ordering on an address like order.yourrestaurant.com.
- The storefront shows only your Menu (with online ordering), Reservation and Gift Cards; visiting its home page goes straight to the menu.
- Your logo links back to your main website — set the Home link to your own site's address. Left blank, it links to the menu.
- Online ordering is always on in storefront mode.
- Your main website stays where it is; only the order address points to Selflane (one DNS record).
Switch between Standard (full site) and Storefront (ordering only) under Settings › Domain › Advanced › Site mode. Changes publish right away.
