Cap how many online orders and items you accept in each hour of each day, so a rush doesn't overload the kitchen.

What's included
Pause, delay or close online ordering
Control when online orders come in: set your prep time, start taking orders a little after opening, pause online orders for a while, or close the business temporarily.
Business hours and special days
Set your regular weekly hours and override them for holidays or events, so customers always know when you're open and when they can order.
Set a maximum number of orders and a maximum number of items for any hour of the week (each at least 5). Once an hour is full, customers can't choose it for online, QR table or kiosk orders. Orders from your POS and delivery marketplaces count toward the hour's total but are never turned away. Rules show on a weekly grid under Online Throttling on the Hours tab.
