- Prep time — how long an order usually takes (10 minutes up to 18 hours); ASAP orders are quoted from it.
- Delayed start — stop online orders for up to 60 minutes after you open.
- Pause online ordering — from 10 minutes to 24 hours, or until a time you pick (up to a week). Orders at your POS are unaffected; online, QR table and kiosk orders stop. Customers see when ordering resumes. Resume Now ends the pause early. The pause covers orders placed through Selflane; it isn't guaranteed to stop orders coming in from DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub, so pause those in each marketplace too if you need to.
- Close business temporarily — for remodeling, vacation and other long closures. Online ordering stops and customers see your reason.
