Discount vouchers on the POS
Ready-made discounts staff can apply on the POS — a percentage or a fixed amount — optionally limited to certain days and hours, and percentage vouchers to certain courses.

What's included
Special pricing and happy hour
Discounts that apply automatically on chosen days and hours — a fixed price, a dollar amount off or a percentage off — for selected dishes, courses or whole menus.
Void and cancel reasons
Set the reasons staff pick when they cancel an order or void an item on the POS, and whether they can type their own or must add a note.
- Set how many times a voucher can be used on one order (1–3 or unlimited).
- Optionally require a manager to approve vouchers (Employee › Team › Roles access rules).
- Drag to set the order the POS shows them in.
- For one-off discounts staff name themselves, add custom discount names in POS Settings.
