Customer-facing and loyalty displays

More › Display Hub turns a spare iPad running the Selflane POS app into a guest-facing screen beside the register: a customer-facing display for the order, tip and signature, a loyalty sign-up screen, or a drive-thru display for a second staff member.

  • Customer-Facing Display. Shows your logo and name, then the order live as it is rung up, with the total (cash and card prices if you offer a cash discount). It prompts the guest to tap, insert or swipe, then takes their tip and signature after a card charge. If you run loyalty, guests can enter their phone number to collect points or visits; you can turn that off in the back office. Set both iPads to the same Peer Comm. Channel first. Leaving the display needs a manager sign-in. It's included from the Essential plan and is an add-on below that. Without it, the display runs a 3-minute demo, then offers Subscribe to Front Display Module.
  • Loyalty Program Display. A sign-up screen where guests enter their name, email, phone, birthday and anniversary to join your loyalty program. It needs the loyalty program turned on.
  • Drive-Thru Display. For a second staff member at the window: the lane's new and paid drive-thru orders, the order being entered on the paired iPad, and buttons to pay, add items or print. It needs the Drive-Thru Module add-on; without it, it runs a 2-minute demo.
  • Kitchen Display and Kitchen-Prep Display are older built-in versions of Selflane Displays. They still open, but first suggest the standalone Selflane Displays app, where new display features ship.
  • Station tags this iPad's orders and payments and sets its drive-thru lane. Show Orders From filters the built-in Kitchen Display. Peer Comm. Channel pairs a POS with its customer-facing or drive-thru display.
  • Pricing opens Selflane's pricing page.
