Menus, courses and dishes
Build your menu in three levels — menus (Food, Drinks, Happy Hour), courses (Appetizers, Desserts) and dishes — choose where each one is offered: in store, online or on third-party apps, and set aside catering menus for catering orders.

What's included
Sold out (86) and daily limits
Mark a whole menu, a course, a dish, a combo or a single modifier choice as run out (86'd), and set a daily count for a dish that warns POS staff once it's reached.
Dish prices and online pricing
Set each dish's price, charge a different price online or on third-party apps, and change many prices at once.
Modifiers and choices
Add option groups to dishes — sizes, sides, toppings, cooking temperature — with prices, required or optional picks, and min/max limits.
Publish menu changes to the POS
After editing the menu online, press Publish to POS so every open register reloads the saved menu right away.
AI menu import
Upload the menu you already have — photos, a PDF, a CSV or a spreadsheet — and get a draft of menus, sections, dishes, descriptions and prices to review. Pick which dishes to add; nothing changes until you apply.
Edit and proofread your menu in plain English
Type a change like "add an apple juice to Beverages, $3.50" or "86 the House Red" and review exactly what will change before it applies. Proofread finds typos and writes missing dish descriptions for you to accept one by one.
- A dish can sit on several menus but belongs to one course.
- A menu can be limited to set days and hours, e.g. a lunch-specials menu: online, kiosk and QR orders can't include its dishes outside those hours (unless a dish is also on an open menu), and the POS asks for a manager's approval.
- Each course has a classification (food, beverage, alcohol, merchandise, service, retail) and a P&L group, and its card shows which taxes apply.
- Dishes carry a customer name and an optional kitchen name (short or second-language), a description, photos, SKU/UPC and dietary tags (vegan, gluten, spicy levels, egg, nut, dairy).
- Drag to reorder menus and courses; duplicate a dish to add a similar one quickly; create many courses or dishes at once.
